To cancel your conference registration, please notify the Pilates Method Alliance in writing:Before February 25 – Full Refund minus $50 Administration Fee
February 25- March 25 – 50% of registration fee minus $50 Administration Fee
Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of documented emergencies, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
By registering for the conference, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Consent to Photography and Videography: I hereby grant permission to the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) and its authorized representatives to take photographs and/or record video footage of me during the Pilates Method Alliance Conference.
Ownership of Images and Footage: I understand and agree that all photographs, videos, and other media captured at the conference will be the sole property of the Pilates Method Alliance. PMA shall have full rights to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display these materials in any format, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, website content, and educational resources, without further consent or compensation.
Waiver of Rights: I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final use of the images or recordings and release PMA from any claims related to the use of these materials.
Privacy Considerations: PMA will not use my name or any identifying information in connection with the images or videos unless I provide explicit written consent.
